I think this is an example of the most immersed style of collaborative leadership. Is it my role as a leader to move forward and lead the way or is it to create an environment where the people can move forward and achieve their collective goals?

What has surprised me in many of the organisations that I have helped turnaround, is that the solutions and the people are already there. I was merely a catalyst to unlock what everyone already knew needed to be done.
