When we first become a leader, we all think it’s about us. Finally, we’re in charge, things will be different around here, these people work for me. At least that was my initial perspective. They don’t work for you. You now work for them. Serve them, grow them, stretch them, develop them, build them up and let them go.

If we grow others, we not only grow success, we also grow ourselves.
