Gandhi Peace Award recipient, political activist and author Ralph Nadar said,

“The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.”

I love this quote because it is so simple yet so powerful.

It’s a counterintuitive position as most leaders want followers.

Yet if we pivot to growing leaders it changes everything. How we engage, what we ask, the example we set, and how we lead.

Primarily it moves us from, ‘They work for me to ‘I work for them.

If you multiply leaders, you can create unstoppable momentum.
