British army legend, Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery said this;

“Leadership is the capacity and the will to rally men and women to a common purpose. “

Without a galvanizing reason for action, we won’t change and we certainly won’t be committed. Whether it’s a burning platform, or an inspiring future state we need something to active us and a leader to present that. As a leader, you are the keeper of the vison, but it needs to be shared clearly and often.
