Sight

Austrian American management consultant, Peter Drucker said,

“Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights.”  

We are all constrained by our limited vision. We need people around us who will open our minds to higher things, greater purpose and more potential. 

That’s our job as leaders. Can you get alongside someone today and unlock their potential by enlarging their vison? It takes some forethought and a bit of courage, but it will make a difference in someone’s world today.
