I’ve met some big title bearers who are terrible leaders and some humble quiet achievers leading in the background. If you are influencing those around you, helping them be better, growing and achieving. If the sphere of influence, you have is small but safe and encouraging and the people around you value your input; you’re a leader. It’s not a title, it’s not a position, it’s who you are and how you act. Be faithful to those around you and continue to invest in them. Thanks for all those unseen things you do every day that make a difference.

If you have a title, take the responsibility seriously and wear it lightly.
