Vision

"Where there is no vision, the people perish." Proverbs 29:18

There is a lot said about vision. This proverb is clear; without it we can’t get anything done. The people literally perish. Elon Musk would be hard to work for but one thing he has in spades is vision. He creates a galvanizing reason for being and paints a clear future. Let’s go to Mars. It’s amazing what people will put up with when the vison is clear and compelling.

Consider this: What is your organisation’s vision? Is it clear? Is it compelling? Is it communicated and well understood, or are your people perishing?
