Voluntary

Canadian American motivational speaker and self-development author Brian Tracy said,

“Become the kind of leader that people would follow voluntarily; even if you had no title or position.” 

We’ve all met them, the ‘I’m the boss, so do what I say!”. We’ve possibly even worked for a few. They get a nod of compliance and a spadefuls of active disobedience. Or is that just me? What if we endeavored to be the leader that needed no title? What a refreshing change.

What can you do today to move from ‘that boss’ to a natural leader regardless of position. Consider this, think about it, and act today.
